In 2005, she graduated from the Faculty of Education at Masaryk University in Brno. As part of her studies, she took part in an exchange study stay at the Faculty of Translation Studies in Leipzig and a scholarship stay in Vienna. She regularly participates in professional seminars for translators and interpreters.

Since 2005, she has specialized in translating and interpreting legal texts, with adherence to linguistic nuances in individual German-speaking countries being a matter of course. Since 2009, she has also been working as a court translator.

Daniela Čechová also teaches German language.
