For more senior colleagues, the choice of specialization is largely yours – you can shape your professional profile and become an expert in the area that interests you most.

We actively support the development of your chosen specialization, including in areas that are not yet part of our current portfolio. Your career path with us can lead from trainee to attorney and ultimately to partner (some of our partners started with us as students, so “career growth” is more than just a phrase here).
