About us

We are a law firm with branches in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. We provide legal services to corporate clientele throughout Central Europe. Thanks to our own network of branches, we can offer coverage of three legal systems in uniform quality, approach and communication.

In addition to projects and international transactions, we provide day-to-day advice especially in the area of drafting and modification of contracts, corporate changes, resolution of labour law issues, implementation of group guidelines or compliance as well as other requirements of your company.

Whether it is a matter of entering a foreign market, cross-border merger or preparation of contractual documentation, we will always offer you a legally as well as cost-optimal solution. Within each transaction, we take into account not only legal but also business and tax consequences. Our opinions will be unambiguous and will provide the required information in an understandable form.

How we work

We hold consistent legal opinions on which you can rely; we are not afraid to take a clear stand.

We place maximum emphasis on the expertise of our lawyers, their specialization and its constant broadening. Knowledge of foreign languages is a matter of course for all our lawyers.

A prerequisite for a long-term cooperation is your satisfaction not only with the quality of our legal services but also with transparent billing.

History of our law firm

We have been in the business for more than 20 years. From the beginning, the primary focus was on foreign clients entering the Central European markets.

Based on the requirements of our clients, we subsequently expanded our services to provide legal advice also to companies from Central Europe entering foreign markets.

With gradual growth, we have created our own network of branches in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland with more than 30 in-house legal experts, translators and tax advisors.

Thanks to long-term cooperating law firms, we provide daily legal advice in more than 40 countries around the world.
