Petr Vrbka is an associated partner of our law firm.

In his practice, he focuses primarily on issues of business law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, including those with an international element. Petr Vrbka also advises on issues regarding administrative law and trade law.

He has also long been providing legal advice in the area of labour law, both in finding solutions for common labour law issues related to the day-to-day business and needs of individual clients from subsidiaries of multinational corporations or domestic business entities, as well as representing these clients in subsequent labour law court proceedings.

Petr Vrbka graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. In 2013, he participated in a study abroad stay at the Faculty of Law of Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius focused on European and international law.

He is registered on the list of attorneys-of-law maintained by the Czech Bar Association.
