Pavel Svoboda has been working as an attorney-at-law in our law firm. He is registered in the list of attorneys-at-law maintained by the Czech Bar Association.

In his practice, Pavel primarily specializes in the labour law. In this area, he prepares and sets up employment law documentation for clients, represents them in employment law litigation and collective bargaining, and helps them resolve day-to-day HR issues and queries, which often have a cross-border element. Pavel regularly conducts training activities in the field of labour law. He also focuses on compliance (whistleblowing, ESG) and contract law.

He is a graduate at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies, Pavel completed internships at the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. After successfully completing his studies and before starting cooperation with our law firm, Pavel worked as a junior associate in a law firm dealing primarily with insolvency and civil law matters and subsequently as a corporate lawyer specializing in employment and contract law.
