Pavel Svoboda has been working as an attorney-at-law in our law firm, he is registered in the list of attorneys-at-law maintained by the Czech Bar Association.

In his practice, he primarily specializes in the labour law agenda of clients and thereto related issues in the area of labour law. He also provides lectures and seminars on these topics. In his work, he further focuses on contract law, civil law and litigation.

He is a graduate of the master’s program in Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies, he worked in a law firm focused on insolvency and business law, which he further supplemented with internships at the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. After successfully completing his studies and before starting cooperation with our law firm, Pavel Svoboda worked as a junior associate in a law firm dealing primarily with insolvency and civil law matters and subsequently as a corporate lawyer specializing in employment and contract law.
