Dominika Valentová is a junior associate of our law firm working in its Prague branch and is registered in the list of junior associates maintained by the Czech Bar Association.

In her practice, she participates in legal advisory to ensure the day-to-day operations of our law firm’s clients and she focuses primarily on civil, business and labour law.

She is a graduate of the master’s program in Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During her studies, she worked in a leading international law firm focusing primarily on banking and financial transactions, including restructuring and insolvency, real estate and energy projects, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, arbitration, competition and intellectual property law.
