Jan Bajer cooperates with our law firm as of counsel.

In his practice, he focuses primarily on the commercial law agenda with an emphasis on dispute resolution, administrative law and issues of transport law and logistics. He is one of the highly respected experts in the field of establishment and administration of private foundations, endowment and trust funds, both in the Czech Republic and abroad.

He is a graduate of the master’s degree program in law and legal science from the Faculty of law of Masaryk University in Brno. As part of his studies, he participated in several internships and study visits in English-speaking countries.

He has been active in the business since 2012. He is registered in the list of attorneys-at-law maintained by the Czech Bar Association.
