Pursuant Section 14 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on consumer protection, as amended, we would like to hereby inform our clients – consumers about the possibility of out-of-court settlement of disputes between an attorney-at-law and a client – consumer before the Czech Bar Association, a body with subject-matter jurisdiction for dispute resolution between an attorney-at-law and a client – consumer resulting from a contract for the provision of legal services.
