Ondřej Doležal is the founding partner of the law firm Doležal & Partners s.r.o.

From the beginning of his career, he focused on the entry of foreign investors onto the market in Central Europe and their subsequent legal support. The cross-border element was also a defining feature at the start of providing advice to domestic clients abroad.

He specializes in significant transactions of multinational as well as domestic companies and, in addition to due diligence projects, he concentrates on the real estate and development segment.

Ondřej Doležal is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University in Prague. During his studies, he completed internships in Edinburgh, Bonn and Munich, which greatly influenced his focus on foreign clients and their legal support. Before the establishment of Doležal & Partners s.r.o., he worked in international law firms focusing on a German and English-speaking clientele.

He is registered as an attorney-at-law in the list of attorneys-at-law of the Czech Bar Association, the Slovak Bar Association and foreign lawyers of the Polish Bar Association in Kraków (Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych).
