Lukáš Šmotlák has been working as an attorney-at-law in our law firm, he is registered in the list of attorneys-at-law maintained by the Czech Bar Association.

In his practice, he focuses primarily on civil, administrative and contract law. He also provides legal advice in the field of construction and competition law.

In 2019, Lukáš Šmotlák graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and was registered in the list of junior associates maintained by the Czech Bar Association. Before starting cooperation with our law firm, he worked in law firms in Brno area dealing primarily with debt collection and general practice.
