Jan Turek is a junior associate of our law firm working in the Prague branch. He is registered in the list of junior associates maintained by the Czech Bar Association.

He primarily handles civil and commercial law matters, with a specific focus on contract law, trusts, executive compensation, and M&A. He also advises on competition law, litigation, financial law, and real estate law.

He is a graduate of the master’s program in Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his studies, he spent two semesters at the University of Hamburg and some time at the Universities of Freiburg, Bonn, and Heidelberg. Besides Czech, he provides legal advice in both English and German. In his previous legal practice, he worked for general practice law firms.
