Jan Turek is an attorney-at-law of our law firm working in its Prague office.

He primarily handles civil and commercial law matters, with a specific focus on contract law, trusts, litigation and M&A. He also advises on competition law, financial law, and real estate law.

Jan Turek a graduate of the master’s program in Law and Legal Science at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. During his studies, he spent two semesters at the University of Hamburg and some time at the Universities of Freiburg, Bonn, and Heidelberg. Besides Czech, Jan provides legal advice in both English and German. In his previous legal practice, Jan worked for general practice law firms.
