Ivan Michálek is a junior associate of our law firm working in its Bratislava branch, where he actively contributes to the provision of legal services for major Slovak and international clients.

In his practice, Ivan specializes primarily in corporate law, civil law, contract law, and real estate law. He also provides legal advice in the areas of financial and tax law, labor law, construction law, and in the field of debt collection.

Ivan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in Bratislava. During his studies, Ivan focused on financial law with an emphasis on tax law. The knowledge he acquired during his studies is now effectively applied in his legal practice.

Ivan is registered in the list of junior associates maintained by the Slovak Bar Association.
