Matěj Doležel graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies, he completed internships at bailiff’s offices, at a law firm focused primarily on debt collection, and also at the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic.

In his practice, he focuses primarily on labour law, that means the operative solution of routine labour law issues related to the day-to-day operations and needs of individual clients—including those with an international element—as well as corporate law and commercial law.
