The cross-border element was also a defining feature at the start of providing advice to domestic clients abroad.<\/p>\n<p>He specializes in significant transactions of multinational as well as domestic companies and, in addition to due diligence projects, he concentrates on the real estate and development segment.<\/p>\n<p>Ond\u0159ej Dole\u017eal is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University in Prague. During his studies, he completed internships in Edinburgh, Bonn and Munich, which greatly influenced his focus on foreign clients and their legal support.
