biography<\/h2>\n

Martin Winter is a partner of our law firm and the head of its Prague branch.<\/p>\n

In his practice, Martin Winter focuses primarily on transactions, including those with an international element, contract law, due diligence projects and personal data matters (GDPR). He also provides advice in the field of corporate and employment law and represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings.<\/p>\n

His clients include subsidiaries of multinational groups, foreign companies, as well as Czech businesses. He prepares structures of transactions, negotiates the conditions and form of required documentation and also provides follow-up legal advice. Within his specializations, he advises clients on day-to-day issues, as well as on complex projects.<\/p>\n

Martin Winter graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno.
