BIOGRAPHY<\/h2>\n

Magdalena G\u00f3rska is an attorney-at-law working in our Krakow branch.<\/p>\n

In her practice, Magdalena G\u00f3rska focuses mainly on civil, commercial, corporate and contract law. She also provides legal services in the area of obtaining funds from the European Union. Among other issues, she deals with the preparation of contractual documentation, legal opinions and representation of clients in litigation.<\/p>\n

Magdalena G\u00f3rska graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Jagiellonian University in Krak\u00f3w and also obtained a French master’s degree in private law – Master en droit priv\u00e9. In the same year, she also won the national Eye on tax competition, organized by Ernst & Young. In 2014, she passed the bar exam with the best result of the year. In 2018, she completed postgraduate studies in the field of Public procurement. In addition to practicing law, Magdalena G\u00f3rska works as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Law of the Professor Edward Lipinski School<\/em>\u00a0of\u00a0Economics<\/em>,\u00a0Law<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Medical Sciences<\/em> in Kielce and also as an instructor within the Polish Association of accountants.<\/p>\n

In 2021, she defended her doctoral thesis and obtained a doctoral degree in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagellonian University in Krak\u00f3w.<\/p>\n
