Eva Mayerov\u00e1 has been a partner of our law firm since 2014. She focuses mainly on M&A, corporate law, financial and tax law.<\/p>\n

Eva Mayerov\u00e1 uses the connection of her legal and economic education in almost all cases she participates on. She approaches the client’s processes from a legal, tax and financial point of view.<\/p>\n

In the area of M&A, she focuses mainly on cross-border conversions and complex divisions of companies and entire groups. In the area of banking and finance, Eva provides transaction advice on credit financing, including the establishment of the necessary types of collateral and security.<\/p>\n

She gained foreign experience in an international law firm, where she worked for many years, as well as during a study and work stay in Germany.<\/p>\n
