Bogdan Józef Hajduk is a junior associate of our law firm working in its Brno branch. He is registered in the list of junior associates maintained by the Czech Bar Association.

Within the firm, he focuses primarily on corporate law, M&A, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, law of obligations and debt collection. As part of his practice, he also specializes in our firm’s Polish agenda.

In 2024, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno. During his studies, he worked in an international law firm, where he gained experience in capital markets, foreign business activities, law of associations, family law, litigation and dept collection.
