Vojtěch Lovětínský is an attorney-at-law and associated partner in our law firm.

In his area of practice, he has experience in particular in transactions – due diligence of companies, drafting transaction documentation, signing and closing. He deals also with drafting contracts especially contracts regarding real estate or legal opinions in legal disputes regarding damages.

Vojtěch Lovětínský has experience from leading law firms in Prague and a year of practice from a law firm in Berlin. Therefore, he regularly provides legal services to German speaking clients and he is able to mediate legal advice to Czech clients on the German market.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Charles University (Mgr., JUDr., Ph.D.) and the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin (LL.M.). He also studied for one year at the Freie Universität Berlin. He completed the Ph.D. programme at the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law of the Charles University, where he focused on tort law.
